Faces

Sorry John Cassavetes, I’m going to make a judgement about your looong film Faces(1968) when I’ve only seen half of it: I know when I’m beaten. I understand that the film’s subject is pointless, unmotivated, random meaninglessness. It doesn’t follow that the film itself has to display the same characteristics.
