Miranda Edmonds and Khrob Edmonds:
BEN is just trying to get through uni but fate and William Shakespeare have other plans for him. When Ben falls completely in love with the most beautiful girl on campus, OLIVIA, all seems lost until he discovers her love of Shakespeare. Ben decides to use the love techniques of the Bard to woo her, transforming himself from your average computer nerd into a sonnet reading, serenading, sword fighting, cross-dressing Shakespearean Love Machine. Written by Miranda Edmonds and Khrob Edmonds.

I can't obtain this, and no critic has written about it that I can find, so here's the note from the one user in IMDb.com who contributed something:

IMDb user:
I live in Perth and love UWA where most of this movie was filmed. I saw this movie on TV the other day, starting half way through. And I thought that the acting was terrible, and that it was silly. But I kept watching, and the longer I watched, the more I liked it. Especially the university campus, and the "in" jokes. And I fell in love with both the main girls :-)
Right now, this movie seems different to the "real" movies. The acting seems "terrible". But 30 years from now, no one will be able to tell the difference between The Course and, say, Legally Blonde.
