Shaker Run (Bruce Morrison, 1986) NZ, looks quite expensive. Lots of vehicles destroyed, a chopper, and many extras running around. The stunts are impressive – tho, as always, I hate seeing stuntmen on fire. This has two American actors (why?) out of the three the movie concentrates on. The local – the beautiful Lisa Harrow, the mother of Sam Neill's son – maintains her poise in spite of this cultural invasion. The real star of the show is the car – which might be a Ford Capri.
