Free Guy (Shawn Levy, 2021) Ryan Reynolds
This is great fun. The main character is an NPC in a video game. He's also AI, so there's that philosophical stuff about y'know cogito and consciousness and conceptualisation and probably other words beginning with C. But it's all explained so that even someone ancient like me can grasp it. (Unlike the latest Matrix, and even more so the latest Christopher Nolan fillum, you know the one.)
