I had a quick look at this when I heard that Max von Sydow had died (10 March 2020) and that he played the villain, Blofeld (the one with the white cat).
The producers seemed to have thought that if they assembled an international cast with known names they would be on a winner. But not with this director. Maybe the action stuff is well done, but the actors are all phoning it in. If Kershner gave them any direction at all, it wasn't beneficial.
The film is as shitty as the poster.
