There are only three truly remarkable films out of the ten nominees: Banshees, Everything, and Tár. And they are good in completely different ways from each other, so deciding one is 'best' is meaningless. Personally, I see faults in Everything, but fewer in Banshees, so I would give the award to the latter. As for Tár, that is so dominated by one performance that I do not have a view of it as a whole after seeing it only once.
